To apply to take part in an event please click on the Apply button and complete the form with your details and the details of your nominated next of kin (NOK).
The event is subject to sufficient crew accepting a place and paying a berth fee.
The berth fee covers on-board accommodation, the operation of the yacht, and race entry. You are responsible for your travel to and from the yacht and for your share of marina fees and food and drink (onboard and ashore) except where otherwise specified.
In the event of any damage for which the skipper and crew are responsible the cost will borne by CSORC, but with an excess of £50 for each crew member.
Your agreement and the payment of the full berth fee will form the basis of a contract between CSORC and you.
To reserve the berth, a deposit of £100 should be paid by bank transfer (including the event name as a reference) to:

CSORC recommends that each crew member should have their own travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness, sailing activities including racing etc.
Please ensure that you are fit to participate and please make known to the skipper any relevant existing medical conditions.
Joining Instructions
Please arrive at the location specified in the event details at a time agreed with the skipper.
Breakfast and lunch will be normally be provisioned on board – please let the skipper know if you can help to organise this and any dietary requirements. Costs will be split between the crew.
Any marina fees will also be split between the crew.
