CSORC Approved Skippers are welcome to book Jeepster for non-racing use on dates when she is available. Skippers will need to check the programme page for availability (i.e. gaps in the programme) and then consult with the Yacht Secretary.
The Bareboat Booking Agreement form will apply. Currently the cost is £200 per day.
The club will provide a cruising main sail and jib together with a mid-range spinnaker. These will be available in the sail locker (3rd from the far end) and should be returned please at the end of the booking period. Given that bareboat bookings crews will probably include non-racing crew members, so less experience than usual, spinnakers should not be used if gusts above 15kt are likely.
Regarding victuals, there are some items such as tea and coffee on the boat but mostly booking crews should bring their own victuals and then remove them at the end of the booking period.
Jeepster should be left with a full water tank and the fuel tank topped up if it is now less than three quarters full.
